The muscle building workouts listed below are from Vince Delmonte’s No Nonsense Muscle Building program. These workouts are the first 3 weeks of the intermediate training. So if you’re never lifted a weight in your life, I wouldn’t recommend these workouts.
However, the beginner training inside No Nonsense Muscle Building would no doubt be the best place for you to start. Vince lays out several different muscle building programs for beginners. These programs include an abdominal core stability program, stability programs for other muscle groups and a bodyweight conditioning program. All of which are part of the Upside Down Training.

How many calories should I have a day for extreme fat loss?
I like Your Article about No Nonsense Muscle Building Workouts. Just what I was searching for!
@Carl
That would depend on your current body weight. Let me know what it is and I’ll have an answer for you.
Does this workout regime have any aerobic type workouts or is it just straight body building techniques. The reason I am asking is I have A LOT of excess body fat, and I will most likely need that AND this program to finally rid myself of this excess body fat.
Hope to hear back from you. I think this is a question that a lot of people would like the answer too before buying this product.
Thanks,
Danny
